BRE 365 Soakaway Testing
 

​In most new developments, surface water is not permitted to be connected to existing public sewers. The use of soakaways may be needed to dispose of excess water in an appropriate fashion.

 

We provide soakaway and drainage testing and can provide soakaway rates, allowing your team to design the drainage system. Guided by the ground conditions, recommendations as to suitable systems can be provided.

Testing is compliant with BRE DG 365 or other guidance as required.
